Steps:
- 1. Cut bananas in half the long way,leaving the peels on. Brush cut side with olive oil and roast, cut side down, at 400 degrees for about nine minutes or until the tops are black.Remove from oven and peel.
- 2. Clean potatoes and peel if desired,cut into chunks, cover with water and boil until tender.Drain and mash potatoes with the bananas,add cream and butter,and seasoning salt to taste.
