This is the best! My daughter makes this every year for Christmas gifts from her kids... Delicious with cream cheese. Found this in a magazine back in 1983 & have been making it ever since.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven: 350 degrees.... Grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. In small bowl mix flour, baking soda, & salt; set aside.
- 2. In large bowl mash bananas with vanilla. Add sugar & egg; beat well. Stir in butter, cereal & flour mixture just until blended.
- 3. Turn into loaf pan. Bake: 1 hour or until pick inserted comes out clean. Delicious with cream cheese...
