Banana Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake image

You only need one bowl for this cake, so not much clean-up. It also is delicious.

2-1/4 c flour
1-1/4 c sugar
4 mashed bananas
1/2 c butter, softened
2 eggs
2-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 c milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix everything but chocolate chips. With your electric mixer, beat everything together on low speed and then on high for 5 minutes. Now add in the chips.
  • 2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Pour your batter into pan and swirl knife through it a couple of times.
  • 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cake sit for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
