Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat cake mix, instant pudding mix, oil, eggs and water for 2 minutes. Add bananas and beat until well mixed. Fold in nuts, if using. Divide batter among 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
