Banana Blueberry Mini Loaves image

These loaves are so good! They keep well in the freezer. I like to store my overly ripe bananas in the freezer so I always have some on hand for bread. They (bananas) look pretty gross when you thaw them out, but they work great!

I love the recipe but I think it would be even better with a cream cheese frosting.

These mini loaves are a great way to use up overripe bananas. They're also a healthier option than many other baked goods.

I'm not a big fan of bananas, but I really enjoyed these mini loaves. The blueberries add a nice sweetness and tartness that balances out the banana flavor.
