I couldn't find any roasted peppers at the store, so I used fresh peppers instead. They were still good, but not as flavorful.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of goat cheese, but I'm so glad I did! The combination of the sweet roasted peppers, tangy goat cheese, and crispy prosciutto was absolutely delicious.

These Bambini appetizers were incredibly fun and easy to make. My kids loved helping me roll the dough and cut out the shapes. They were so proud of themselves when they saw the finished product!
