Steps:
- Mix all ingredients, except Jello, in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in Jello, mix well. Boil 1 minute.
- Pour into 4-qt mold that has the interior coated with cooking spray.
- Chill at least 4 hours.
