This recipe was a total fail. The spinach was mushy and the balsamic vinegar made it taste like vinegar.

This was okay, but I've had better. I think I would try a different recipe next time.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The spinach was bland and the balsamic vinegar was overpowering.

This was a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I would use less balsamic vinegar next time.

I'm not a huge fan of spinach, but this recipe changed my mind. The balsamic vinegar and cheese really made the dish.

This was a quick and easy side dish that went perfectly with my grilled salmon. The spinach was tender and flavorful, and the balsamic vinegar added a nice tang.
