Balsamic Pea Salad image

I quickly make this the night before I need it as it tastes much better if it sits overnight. My daughter and her friend will not eat peas, but they love this salad.

This salad was a disappointment. The peas were overcooked and the dressing was too vinegary.

I found this salad to be a bit bland. It needed more salt and pepper.

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred a more savory dressing.

I'm not usually a fan of pea salads, but this one is really good. The balsamic vinegar dressing is the perfect complement to the sweet peas.
