I'm not a big fan of balsamic vinegar, but this recipe sounds good. I might give it a try.

Easy and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out great. The chicken was moist and juicy, and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I will definitely be making this again.

This dish is a winner! The balsamic glaze is tangy and flavorful, and it pairs perfectly with the tender chicken and roasted potatoes. I added a few extra cloves of garlic, and it gave the dish a nice depth of flavor.
