This recipe was a disaster! The loaf was dry and crumbly.

This recipe was a bit too time-consuming for me. I think I'll stick to my usual seitan recipes.

I'm not a huge fan of seitan, but this recipe was actually pretty good. I'll definitely make it again.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I love this recipe! It's a great way to get your daily dose of protein. I usually make it with a side of roasted vegetables.

This recipe was so easy to make and it turned out so delicious! I used a store-bought seitan roast and it worked perfectly. The loaf was moist and flavorful, and the glaze was the perfect finishing touch.

I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. It's a really versatile dish that can be served as an appetizer, main course, or side dish.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover seitan. I made it with some seitan that I had cooked in a stir-fry the night before. The loaf was very flavorful and moist. I served it with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy.
