Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350*. In a blender or food processor, combine the beans, soy sauce, oil, and stock, and blend until smooth. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, yest, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix to combine. Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture to make a soft dough. Knead for 3 minutes, then shape into an oval loaf. 3. Place the loaf on an oiled sheet of foil and enclose it in the foil. Place the loaf in a 10-in baking pan. Add an inch of water to the baking pan and tightly cover the entire pan with foil. Bake until firm, about 1h45m.
