4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
½ pound ground Italian sausage
1 cup diced onion
½ cup diced pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

  • Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheeses melt and start to brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

I love this dip! It's so creamy and cheesy, and the sausage adds just the right amount of spice.

This dip was a complete disaster. It curdled and I had to throw it out.

I was disappointed with this dip. It was bland and lacked flavor. I wouldn't make it again.

I thought this dip was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This dip was a little too spicy for me, but I still liked it. I think I'll use a milder sausage next time.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but I really enjoyed this dip. The cream cheese and cheddar cheese mellowed out the flavor of the sausage.
