Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Oil rimmed baking pan. Place salmon on pan, skin side down. Season with salt, lemon pepper and dill. Bake 10-15 minutes depending on thickness. Combine sour cream and mustard; whisk well. Stir in lemon pepper and dill to taste.
