I found this recipe on CalorieCount.com. by "Robin AD". I thought it was interesting, and though I haven't tried it yet, I will, and will post a picture and let you know how it turned out. I'm sure this could be done with other vegetables, too - carrots, jicama, potatoes, turnips, zucchini - the possibilities seem endless.

Steps:
- 1. Thinly slice radishes. Blanch in boiling water 3 minutes, or steam in microwave 3 minutes. Plunge cooked radishes into ice water, then drain on paper towels.
- 2. Place radishes in a bowl or bag and sprinkle on spices. Toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on metal baking pans.
- 3. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; flip the chips, then bake for another 10 minutes.
- 4. When I do these, I will be placing them on racks over the pans, rather than directly on the pans. This may eliminate the turning step. It may also cause them to cook faster, so I will be watching carefully to prevent burning.
