Baked Pork Chops for 2 image

Easy to fix. Great for a busy day - pop a couple of potatoes in the oven a few minutes before hand and have a complete meal in an hour.

2 meaty pork chops
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
1 tablespoon cooking oil
seasoned salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oil in fry pan. Add chops seasoned with salt and pepper and brown.
  • Spray cassarole with Pam. Put browned chops in cassarole and pour creamed corn on top.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
