I'm not a huge fan of pineapple, but I really enjoyed this dish. The brown sugar and Kahlua really helped to balance out the tartness of the pineapple.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover pineapple. I usually have a few slices left over after making a pineapple upside-down cake, and this is the perfect way to use them up.

I'm not usually a fan of pineapple, but this recipe changed my mind. The brown sugar and Kahlua really bring out the sweetness of the pineapple, and the baking process makes it incredibly tender.
