1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 dash salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
5 slices bread, cube (white bread preferred, with crust)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, beat.
  • Add other ingredients.
  • Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon to top before putting in oven.
  • Bake 40-50 minutes at 325°F.
