3 tablespoons pesto
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 pound chicken breast tenderloins
1 cup panko bread crumbs

This recipe is a keeper! The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The pesto sauce was the perfect complement.

I found the pesto sauce to be a bit too oily. I think I'll try using less oil next time.
