Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars image

Sugarless - natural sweetness from bananas and dried fruits. Wrap up and freeze leftovers. Take one out of the freezer in the morning and you'll have it ready in a few hours time =D

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup walnut pieces, chopped
3/4 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1 eggs or 1 egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2. Mix dry ingredients.
  • 3. Mix wet ingredients.
  • 4. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
  • 5. Pour into a 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
  • 6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  • 7. Cut into 9 squares.
