Baked Lemon Haddock image

This recipe is what got my daughter to LOVE fish

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 haddock fillets
1/4 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes

Steps:

  • 1. Cut fish into serving size pieces
  • 2. Place in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish
  • 3. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish
  • 4. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork
