Baked Hot Wings image

This is a recipe that my sister makes all of the time. They are so good! I finally got the recipe tonight and wanted to post it for safe keeping.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 -5 lbs chicken wings
garlic salt
pepper
louisiana hot sauce
1/4-1/2 cup margarine

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F Wash and cut up wings. Place in large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for approximately 2 hours.
  • Remove from oven. Brush with melted margarine. Cover with hot sauce. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
