I'm not a huge fan of pilaf, but this recipe is pretty good. I especially like the addition of pistachios.

This pilaf is a great make-ahead dish. I often make it on the weekend and then reheat it for lunch or dinner during the week.

Not bad, but not great. I found the pilaf to be a bit bland, even though I added extra spices.

This pilaf was a hit with my family! The combination of grains and vegetables was flavorful and satisfying, and the pistachios added a nice touch of crunch. I will definitely be making this again.
