Baked Cushaw image

We love this for Thanksgiving dinner.

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 c cubed cushaw
2 eggs
2 c sugar
1/2 lb butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon flavorings
sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Boil cushaw until tender. Mix other ingredients together. Drain most of liquid from cushaw. Mix other ingredients with cushaw. Place in buttered baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
