Steps:
- Boil eggplants until soft.
- Saute onion, chopped shrimp, and celery in butter or oil; combine with eggplant.
- Put in baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs.
- Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350°F.
