BAKED CREAMY POTATO CASSEROLE
Easy make ahead side dish and VERY YUMMY - A recipe in my files from a long time ago and originally found in Ladies Home Journal magazine.

Steps:
- In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients except cheese.
- Cook over boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Pour into buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
