Time 45m

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 1/2 c frozen corn kernels
1/2 c unsalted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp fresh parsley (or 1/2 tsp. dried parsley), coarsely chopped
1/8 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook frozen corn according to directions on package. (I just thawed and used without cooking.) When the corn is done, drain the water.
  • 2. Add cream cheese, butter, sugar, parsley, garlic and salt. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour corn mixture in 8x8-inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
