-1 cup crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed
-2 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup sugar, divided
-3 teaspoons baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 cup butter-flavored shortening

These were a bit too dense for my taste, but they were still good.

These were easy to make, but they didn't taste very good. The topping was too bland.

I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon, but these were still really good. The bites are fluffy and moist, and the topping is sweet and crunchy.
