Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Place in baking pan.
- 2. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over chops. Bake 40-45 mins, or until chops are cooked through. Spoon chops over sauce before serving.
