Baked Chicken Puff, Mom image

This is a very good recipe of Mom's.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c milk
2 c green beans, drained
1 c cooked chicken, cubed
dash(es) crushed marjoram
4 eggs, separated
1/3 c sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 5 ingredients into 10x6 casserole. Bake at 375 degrees 20 min. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored and add cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cheese mixture. Pile on hot chicken mixture and bake 15 min more.
