These enchiladas were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. He said they were the best enchiladas he's ever had. I will definitely be making these again, but I will use less chili powder next time.

I'm not a fan of enchiladas, but I tried this recipe and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were well-balanced and the chicken was moist and tender. I will definitely be making these again.

These enchiladas were easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought enchilada sauce and it worked perfectly. The chicken was tender and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making these again.

These enchiladas were easy to make and turned out great! I used a rotisserie chicken to save time, and it worked perfectly. The sauce was flavorful and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making these again.
