- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Top each slice of bread with a slice of tomato and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each slice of tomato with a slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with salt. Return the baking sheet to the oven until the cheese and tomato are warmed, about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the toasts on a serving platter. Top each toast with a basil leaf. Using the brush, drizzle the remaining olive oil over the basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve.

[email protected]This salad is amazing! The tomatoes are roasted to perfection and the mozzarella is melted and gooey. The balsamic glaze adds a touch of sweetness and acidity that really brings everything together. I will definitely be making this again and again.

[email protected]This salad is okay, but I've had better. The tomatoes were a bit too acidic for my taste and the balsamic glaze was a bit too sweet. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

[email protected]I was disappointed with this recipe. The tomatoes were mushy and the mozzarella was rubbery. I think it would have been better if I had used fresh tomatoes and mozzarella.

[email protected]This salad was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it could have used some more seasoning, maybe some garlic or oregano. The tomatoes were also a bit too watery.

[email protected]Followed the recipe to a T and it turned out great! I was worried that the mozzarella would be too melty, but it held its shape perfectly. Definitely recommend using fresh basil, it makes all the difference.

[email protected]I'm not usually a fan of baked salads, but I have to say, this one changed my mind. The balsamic glaze really brought everything together and added a touch of sweetness that balanced out the acidity of the tomatoes and the saltiness of the cheese. Wi

[email protected]This baked Caprese salad was an absolute hit at our dinner party! The combination of flavors and textures was perfect, and the presentation was stunning. My only regret is that I didn't make a bigger batch, because it was gone in no time!
