1 lb frozen puff pastry, thawed
3/4 lb brie cheese, cut in 24 slender wedges
4 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup raspberry jam
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Roll puff pastry to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 24 (4 inch) squares. Roll cheese wedges in pastry, tucking in ends. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Melt 4 T. butter; brush on pastry. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. In small saucepan, heat jam and lemon juice together. Serve as a dipping sauce.
