- Line a bread pan with foil, overlapping the pan a little.
- Peel banana & slice lengthwise.
- Place in pan, cut side up.
- Spread syrup over the banana.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Top with butter.
- Wrap & seal with extra foil.
- Bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
