Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Butter a 2 quart casserole. Layer 1/2 apricots on bottom of dish. Layer 1 sleeve Ritz crackers. Layer 2nd 1/2 of apricots. Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter; stir in brown sugar; pour over layers Layer 2nd sleeve Ritz crackers. Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour over crackers. Bake for 1 hour.
