- Put the prawns, tomatoes and capsicum into a covered saucepan and boil for about 10 minutes.
- Add the salt, prawn masala, turmeric, tomato paste and oil.
- Decrease heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with basmati rice.
