Time 8h20m

Yield 6

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup applesauce
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
1 lime, juiced
6 bone-in pork chops

Steps:

  • Mix together the Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, applesauce, hot pepper sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate in marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove the chops from the marinade, and pour marinade into a saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil over medium heat, and allow to boil for about 1 minute. Place the pork chops onto the preheated grill, and grill until well browned and no longer pink in the middle, about 6 minutes per side, basting the chops occasionally with the marinade. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Allow the marinade baste to cook completely onto the chops.

These pork chops were a disappointment. The breading was bland and the pork was dry. I won't be making this recipe again.

I wasn't a fan of the breading on these pork chops. It was too厚 and didn't adhere to the pork well. The pork chops themselves were cooked well, but I would have preferred them to be a little more flavorful.

The pork chops were a little dry, but the breading was flavorful. I think I would try cooking them for a shorter amount of time next time.

These pork chops were easy to make and turned out great! I used panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs and they gave the pork chops a nice crispy crust. I also added a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder to the breading for extra f

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a winner. The pork chops are always juicy and flavorful, and the breading is crispy and delicious. I like to serve them with a side of roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.

I followed the recipe exactly and the pork chops turned out perfectly. They were cooked through but still juicy, and the breading was crispy and flavorful. I served them with mashed potatoes and green beans, and it was a delicious meal.

These pork chops were a hit with my family! The breading was crispy and flavorful, and the pork was juicy and tender. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
