cooking spray
1 pound ground turkey
½ cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
8 slices bacon, cut in half

These meatballs were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would use less salt next time.

I used a mixture of ground turkey and ground beef and the meatballs were still delicious. I also added a bit of chopped spinach to the meatball mixture.
