- 1. Preheat grill on medium for 7 - 10 minutes. 2. Slice potatoes into quarters. Salt, pepper and season the potato quarters with the garlic and herb seasoning. 3. Wrap each seasoned potato quarter in bacon and secure with a toothpick. 4. Lightly coat with cooking spray and season with your garlic and herb seasoning. 5. Place on the warming rack and cook for 18 - 22 minutes on medium heat, turning once. Serve with sour cream.
