Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 400°
- 2. wrap bacon pieces around each hot dog piece. Roll in sugar-pepper mixture. Place seam side down on foil lined pan, to reduce clean-up.
- 3. Bake 22-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp and golden, turning after about 12 min.
