This recipe is a great way to use up leftover bacon. I always have a few slices of bacon left over after breakfast, and this is a great way to use them up.

Overall, I thought this recipe was good, but not great. It was easy to make and the results were decent, but I've had better turkey medallions before.

I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but my turkey didn't come out as crispy as I would have liked. Maybe I didn't cook it long enough?

I found that the turkey was a bit dry. I think I would add some extra moisture to the recipe next time, maybe by adding some chicken broth to the sauce.

The sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, but otherwise this recipe was great.
