Bacon-Swiss Tossed Salad image

THIS RECIPE came from a cookbook compiled by the women of our church in my hometown of Chico, California. It's pretty and tasty. Best of all, it can be put together a couple of hours before serving. When it's time, a simple toss and it's ready. -Cathee Bethel, Philomath, Oregon

This salad is a great way to use up leftover bacon. It's also a great salad to make for a potluck or picnic.

I'm not a big fan of bacon, but I really enjoyed this salad. The Swiss cheese and dressing were the perfect complement to the bacon.

I would have liked this salad more if the dressing had been more tangy. The bacon and Swiss cheese were good, but the dressing was just too bland.

This salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I found this salad to be very bland. The dressing lacked flavor and the bacon was not crispy enough.

This salad was a bit too rich for my taste. The dressing was very heavy and the bacon was a bit too greasy.

I've tried many different bacon Swiss salads, but this one is by far the best. The dressing is so creamy and flavorful, and the bacon and Swiss cheese are the perfect addition.

I love this salad! The combination of bacon, Swiss cheese, and dressing is perfect. I also like to add some chopped hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
