[email protected]This sandwich was a bit too greasy for my taste. The pimento cheese was good, but the bacon was a little overcooked. I think I'll try making it again with turkey bacon next time.

[email protected]I've made this sandwich many times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I like to add a little bit of chopped jalapeno to the pimento cheese for a little kick. It's the perfect sandwich for a picnic or potluck.

[email protected]Simple but delicious! I used a store-bought pimento cheese spread and it turned out great. The bacon added a nice smoky flavor. I served it on toasted white bread and it was perfect for a quick and easy lunch.
