4 oz fresh mushrooms
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar

This quiche was a little dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I would add more milk or cream next time.

This quiche was a little too salty for my taste, but otherwise it was very good. I think I would use less bacon next time.
