This is so good when the yolk is running. Kind of like a deconstructed egg sandwich. Yum

Ingredients

1 tube(s) refrigerated crescent creations rolls
4 large eggs
4 slice bacon
4 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp fresh basil or parsley minced

Steps:

1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Open dough and roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Split the dough down the middle. If it is the perforated kind pinch together. Roll up edges about 1 inch. Cook the bacon until almost done not crisp.
3. Add two eggs to each square. Criss cross two pieces of bacon over each square. Sprinkle parmesan over each square and top with basil or parsley
4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
