These are my husband's favourite muffins and they work well with bacon, ham, leftover cooked chicken or even spam. Make sure not to overbake as they will be dry instead of moist.

These muffins were a little too dry for my taste. I think I'll try adding some sour cream or yogurt to the batter next time.

I'm not a huge fan of cheese, but these muffins were still really good. The bacon flavor really shines through.

These muffins are the perfect way to use up leftover bacon. They're also great for meal prep - I make a batch on the weekend and then have them for breakfast or lunch throughout the week.

I love that this recipe uses simple ingredients that I always have on hand. It's also really versatile - I've added chopped veggies, different cheeses, and even sausage to the batter.
