Avocado Corn Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 avocados, chopped into small bite sized pieces
1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
1 can of corn, drained
1/2 red onion finely minced
2 Jalapenos - seeds removed, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced (1 - 2 cloves)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of salsa verde
Corn Chips

Steps:

  • Chop avocados and place in a bowl. Add black beans, corn, red onion, jalapenos, garlic and salt. Mix well. Add Salsa Verde and gently mix. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours until ready to serve.
