I'm not a huge fan of beetroot, but I really enjoyed the way it paired with the beef and cheese in this burger.

I had some trouble finding beetroot in my local grocery store, but I was able to find it online. It was worth the effort, because the beetroot added a delicious sweetness to the burger.
