Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 Combine all ingredients in a bowl, knead by hand until thoroughly mixed. Using wet hands, form meat into balls about the size of a quarter in diameter. Line a roaster pan with foil to catch drippings, place meat rack in the pan. Place meatballs on the rack. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until meatballs are well cooked and no pink is left in the center. Serve with egg noodles or new potatoes, cucumber salad, beets, and peas.
