Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment.
- 2. Mix everything *except sesame seeds*.
- 3. Roll into small balls. Roll balls in sesame seeds and then roll balls into finger size.
- 4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Watch carefully so the bottoms don't burn.
