Steps:
- grease & flour 9"x13" baking pan-in medium bowl mix flours,baking soda, salt & cinnamon - in large bowl beat sugar,oil,and eggs with wooden spoon until slightly thickened - stir dry mixture into sugar mixture - add carrots, apple,raisons,nuts and blend. turn into pan - bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes - cool on wire rack. CREAM CHEESE ICING - beat cream cheese and butter with wooden spoon in small bowl until fluffy - beat in vanilla and enough icing sugar until spreading consistency.frost and cool cake. Enjoy.
